Hypnosis addresses weight loss directly at its root. I had a someone tell me once, “Weight loss is nothing more than pure physics! You need to burn more energy than you consume.” I thought it was interesting that this person was almost 75 Lbs overweight. Evidently, he didn’t have a good grasp of physics or there is more to weight loss than simple math. Hypnosis is effective for weight loss because it rapidly and powerfully addresses the subconscious causes behind the weight gain: lack of motivation, limiting or conflicting beliefs, habits, emotional eating patterns, cravings, etc.
