Whether you plan to quit smoking in Utah or elsewhere, the number one reason to book more than one hypnosis session is this: the first two weeks of quitting are the most difficult and this is GENERALLY the time period when MOST smokers need support (however, there are those that will benefit from support through the first 60 days, which is why I have a longer program).
