1. We Talk First (10-15 min) I learn about your specific anxiety patterns, triggers, and what you have already tried. This is collaborative – you guide the direction.
2. Guided Relaxation (5-10 min) You get comfortable (your couch works great for virtual sessions). I guide you into a deeply relaxed state. You are aware of everything. You can open your eyes anytime.
3. Subconscious Work (20-30 min) While deeply relaxed, we work directly with the patterns causing your anxiety. This is where the real change happens – at the source.
4. Emergence and Integration (5-10 min) You return to full alertness feeling calm and refreshed. We discuss insights and I give you a recording to reinforce the work between sessions.

I have spent over 17 years helping people break free from anxiety, and I have completed more than 12,000 hypnosis sessions with 7,000+ clients across North and South America. But numbers do not tell the real story.
What matters is this: I understand what it feels like when traditional methods do not work. Back in 2005, I was dealing with debilitating daily headaches that nothing seemed to help. That is when I discovered hypnosis and it changed my life.
That experience lit a fire in me to study hypnosis seriously and help others create meaningful personal change. I practice three major modalities: hypnosis, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), and meridian tapping, giving you multiple tools for lasting transformation.
