1. We Talk First I learn about your specific stress triggers, how stress shows up in your body, and what you have already tried. This is collaborative – you guide the direction.
2. Settling In You get comfortable (your couch works great for virtual sessions). I guide you into a calm, focused state of attention – your nervous system finally gets permission to downshift.
3. Subconscious Reprogramming In that focused state, we work directly with the patterns keeping you stuck in stress mode. We install new responses so calm becomes your default.
4. Emergence and Integration You return to full alertness feeling calm and refreshed. We discuss insights and I give you a recording to reinforce the work between sessions.
