1. We Talk First (10-15 min) I learn about your specific stress triggers, how stress shows up in your body, and what you have already tried. This is collaborative – you guide the direction.
2. Guided Relaxation (5-10 min) You get comfortable (your couch works great for virtual sessions). I guide you into a deeply relaxed state – your nervous system finally gets permission to downshift.
3. Subconscious Reprogramming (20-30 min) While deeply relaxed, we work directly with the patterns keeping you stuck in stress mode. We install new responses so calm becomes your default.
4. Emergence and Integration (5-10 min) You return to full alertness feeling calm and refreshed. We discuss insights and I give you a recording to reinforce the work between sessions.
