1. We Talk First (10-15 min) I learn about your specific sleep patterns – when you wake up, what thoughts race through your mind, what you have already tried. This is collaborative.
2. Guided Relaxation (5-10 min) You get comfortable (your couch or bed works great for virtual sessions). I guide you into a deeply relaxed state. You are aware of everything. You can open your eyes anytime.
3. Subconscious Work (20-30 min) While deeply relaxed, we work directly with the patterns keeping you awake. This is where the real change happens – at the source of your sleep issues.
