1. Pain Assessment (10-15 min) We discuss your specific pain patterns, triggers, medical history, and what approaches you have already tried. This helps me tailor the session to your exact needs.
2. Deep Relaxation Induction (5-10 min) I guide you into a deeply relaxed state. Your body releases tension, your breathing slows, and your nervous system shifts from stress response to healing mode.
3. Pain Reprocessing Work (20-30 min) While deeply relaxed, we work directly with how your brain perceives and processes pain signals. This is where real neurological change happens – at the source.
4. Self-Hypnosis Training (5-10 min) You learn techniques to manage pain flare-ups on your own. I provide a personalized recording to reinforce the work between sessions.

I have spent over 17 years helping people break free from chronic pain, and I have completed more than 12,000 hypnosis sessions with 7,000+ clients across North and South America. But numbers do not tell the real story.
What matters is this: I understand the mind-body connection firsthand. Back in 2005, I was dealing with debilitating daily headaches that nothing seemed to help. That is when I discovered hypnosis and it changed my life – giving me tools to manage and ultimately overcome my pain.
That experience lit a fire in me to study hypnosis seriously and help others create meaningful relief. I practice three major modalities: hypnosis, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), and meridian tapping, giving you multiple tools for lasting pain management.
